You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations team, you'll create impact by maintaining best-in-class inventory accuracy that minimizes production disruptions and drives operational excellence across our manufacturing facility.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nConduct daily cycle counts of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods following established schedules and procedures\nInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions\nUpdate and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/WMS system after each count\nCollaborate with warehouse, production, and procurement teams to address material variances and prevent recurrence\nGenerate cycle count reports and trend analyses to support continuous improvement of inventory accuracy metrics\nEnsure proper labeling, organization, and storage of materials to facilitate accurate counting\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you're a detail-oriented and methodical professional with strong analytical skills and a commitment to maintaining precise inventory records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation and benefits package for employees.
