You will join a diverse, inclusive culture that values growth, well-being, and belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs part of the Systems Project Management team, you will coordinate engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing activities to deliver complex booster system solutions for customers across Europe.\nKey responsibilities:\nManage ETO project orders from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality standards.\nCoordinate resources across Grundfos functions and the supply chain to resolve bottlenecks and achieve project milestones.\nMonitor and improve Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD) performance to increase customer satisfaction and support profitable growth.\nIdentify project risks and implement mitigation plans.\nBuild Milan Plant capability and readiness to deliver ETO Systems across Europe.\nEstablish and continuously improve project management processes and best practices.\nWhat makes you a great fit\nYou are a results-oriented project leader with experience in Engineer-to-Order or complex manufacturing environments, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a solid understanding of supply chain and engineering processes.\nWe imagine you have:\n5+ years of project management experience in ETO, manufacturing, or engineered systems environments, with proven achievement of Quality, Cost & Delivery targets.\nStrong knowledge of supply chain coordination and manufacturing processes, including management of complex multi-stakeholder projects.\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or another relevant technical discipline.\nProficiency in SAP, MS Office, and CAD software.\nIt is a plus if you have:\nExperience in pump systems, water technology, or industrial equipment industries.\nFluency in Italian and English; additional European languages are an advantage.\nWhat we offer\nIn accordance with Italian pay transparency regulations, we provide the following information:\nNational Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanica Industria.\nThe indicative gross annual salary for this role ranges from €42,000 to €52,000, depending on experience, skills, profile, and market benchmarks.
