You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nWhat you will be doing?\nAs a key part of the Digital Customer Success team, you'll create impact by Leading cross-functional digital projects that elevate customer engagement, streamline digital touchpoints, and accelerate adoption of Grundfos's digital solutions worldwide in the space of remote monitoring, sensors and telemetry products.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nPlan, execute, and deliver digital customer success projects on time, within scope, and on budget\nCollaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to define project roadmaps and success metrics\nDrive adoption of digital platforms and tools by coordinating customer onboarding and engagement initiatives\nManage project risks, dependencies, and escalations while maintaining transparent communication with senior leadership\nAnalyse customer usage data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and inform project priorities\nFacilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on deliverables and timelines\nWhat makes you a great fit?\nAbove all, you are a results-oriented project management professional with a strong digital mindset, proven stakeholder management skills, and a genuine passion for improving customer outcomes through technology. We would also imagine that you have:\n2+ years of project management experience in digital, technical, or customer-facing technology environments\nProven track record delivering complex technical projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and seniority levels\nExperience with remote monitoring systems, sensors, and telemetry products is a bonus\nIt is a plus if you also have:\nPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification\nExperience in B2B or industrial/manufacturing digital transformation initiatives\nFamiliarity with data analytics or service management techniques\nWhy you will love working here\nWe care!
