You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Supply Chain Purchasing team, you'll create impact by streamlining purchasing processes and supplier coordination to help Grundfos deliver sustainable water solutions without interruption.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nMonitor and maintain accurate procurement data in ERP systems, ensuring timely updates on pricing, lead times, and order status\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders including production and supply planning, quality, and logistics to align purchasing with demand\nSupport supplier performance tracking by collecting delivery, quality, and cost data for review.\nAssist Category Managers and Buyers with sourcing activities, e-auctions, quotation analysis, and contract documentation.\nSupport Category Managers in driving Category Team management activities and in creating and executing their Category Strategies.\nResolve invoice discrepancies and manage day-to-day supplier communication.\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you're a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong organizational skills and a genuine interest in procurement and supply chain operations.
