You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Indirect Purchasing team, you'll create impact by Optimising purchasing data quality and processes that enable smarter category management decisions across Grundfos..\nYour main responsibilities include:\nCreate and maintain all purchasing-related master data in ERP systems in accordance with best practices\nConduct data analyses using ERP-related systems and data sources (VPC, ECM, Extranet, EDI, CLM) to support category decisions\nSupport Indirect Category Management with data analysis, classification, and preparation for negotiations\nCoordinate and organise meetings, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and prepared\nTrack and follow up on KPIs to monitor purchasing performance\nCarry out administrative tasks across ERP-related systems to ensure data integrity and process compliance\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you are a detail-oriented coordinator with strong data management skills and a solid understanding of purchasing processes, ready to support a dynamic category management team. We would also imagine that you have:\nVocational certificate, Associate's Degree, or equivalent work experience\nKnowledge of administration and business support best practices, preferably within a purchasing environment\nProficiency working with ERP systems and performing data analysis\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to follow defined business processes\nIt is a plus if you also:\nUp to 2 years of experience in a similar purchasing support or coordination role\nExperience supporting key business initiatives such as sourcing projects or supplier negotiations\nFamiliarity with systems such as VPC, ECM, EDI, or contract lifecycle management tools\nWhy you will love working here\nWe care!
