You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nWhat you will be doing:\nAs a key part of the Quality team, you'll create impact by driving measurable improvements in product quality, customer satisfaction, and manufacturing performance through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nProvide quality support to Value Stream teams by developing, implementing, and sustaining quality processes and practices\nConduct statistical process control activities, assist in implementing control plans, and perform data collection and 5W2H analysis for scrap reduction and supplier improvement\nMonitor and analyze manufacturing quality performance, identifying root causes of negative trends and recommending corrective actions\nEnsure non-conforming parts are isolated and appropriate corrective actions are taken promptly\nSupport Quality and Manufacturing Engineers with ECM implementation, Value Stream Analysis, and production process audits\nAssist Customer Complaint handlers with complaint resolution and support NPI activities to ensure product quality and reliability\nWhat makes you a great fit:\nAbove all, you are a detail-oriented quality professional with strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels. We would also imagine that you have:\nA High school diploma or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience\nA minimum of 2-3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment\nSolid understanding of quality systems, processes, and statistical process control methods\nAbility to work fully onsite in our Fresno plant \nIt is a plus if you also have:\nExperience with cross-functional team collaboration and continuous improvement methodologies\nFamiliarity with NPI processes and engineering change management\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to create reports and maintain consistent communication\nThe salary range for this position is $30.00 to $41.00 per hour. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
