As our new Sales Engineer, you'll be driving sales growth across the commercial building segment by developing project pipelines, engaging key stakeholders, and delivering value-based pump solutions that help customers build smarter and more sustainably. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Commercial Building Services (CBS) Sales team, you'll create impact by building trusted customer relationships and converting opportunities into wins that grow Grundfos's presence in Thailand's commercial building market.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage a qualified project pipeline, progressing opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle with disciplined CRM management
- Identify customer needs and build lasting relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and distributors to drive sales
- Specify tailored pump solutions and follow up on quotations to secure orders and maximize conversion rates
- Participate in negotiations, support contract creation, and drive deals to closure
- Coordinate with Inside Sales, Application Engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Manage dealer relationships and contribute to channel development across the territory
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you're a results-oriented sales professional with strong value-based selling skills, a talent for relationship building, and a genuine service mindset toward customers and partners.
We'd also imagine that you are/have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the pump industry or commercial building products
- Proven ability in value-based selling, opportunity management, and negotiation
- Knowledge of the local commercial building market in Thailand
It's a plus if you also:
- Experience with pump products or HVAC systems for commercial buildings
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline forecasting practices
- Ability to collaborate across regional teams including Vietnam and the wider APAC organization
You'll also be available for travelling up to 25 days per year.
