Being cognizant about team health and act/guide the team to ensure they continuously improve the way of working \nFacilitating Scrum events as requested or needed. Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value and help Product Owner in understanding and practicing agility.\nHelping the Development Team to create high-value products\nRemoving impediments to the Development Team’s progress \nFinding techniques for effective Product Backlog management.
