Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.\nAs our new Security Manager, Group Security Operations, you will lead and develop Grundfos' Security Operations Center (SOC) and physical security operations, ensuring 24/7 protection across our Danish sites while supporting European locations through a team of dedicated security professionals.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Group Security Operations team, you will strengthen Grundfos' security posture by driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and NIS2, and delivering security services that protect our people and support our business.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nLead and develop a team of security professionals, including SOC operators, specialists, and guards, fostering a high-performing team culture\nEnsure reliable operation of the SOC and critical physical security systems, maintaining effective 24/7 coverage\nDrive incident response activities, including alarm handling, escalation, investigation, and corrective actions\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align security operations and risk management\nDeliver security projects and improvement initiatives while continuously optimizing processes and security performance\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you are a hands-on security leader with strong decision-making skills, high integrity, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You combine operational excellence with strategic thinking and strong stakeholder management. We also imagine that you have:\n5-7 years of experience in security operations, facility security, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or complex business environment\nProven leadership experience managing teams in a 24/7 operational environment with strong people development skills\nKnowledge of physical security systems, incident management, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIS2\nProfessional proficiency in both Danish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills\n\nIt is a plus if you also:\nHave experience with Security Operations Center (SOC) management and security technology platforms\nHave a background in strategic security planning and risk management within a global or multi-site organization\nHave experience collaborating with law enforcement, emergency services, and external security service providers\nWhy you will love working here\nWe care!
