You will join a diverse and supportive culture focused on growth, well-being and belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nIn the Motor Design & Simulation team, you will deliver simulation-driven designs that balance performance, cost and producibility, taking concepts through to validated products across global sites.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nDesign and optimize electric motors using electromagnetic, thermal, NVH and mechanical simulations\nTurn theoretical designs into producible solutions that meet quality and approval requirements\nLead multidisciplinary studies for stator and rotor modules, balancing performance, cost and constraints\nCoordinate prototypes and testing with global development and production teams\nExplore new motor technologies and improve simulation tools, workflows and AI-driven methods\nWhat makes you a great fit\nYou are a self-motivated electrical engineer with strong PM-motor design and simulation expertise. You turn complex theory into practical solutions and collaborate effectively across disciplines and cultures.
