You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nThis position reports directly to the Sales Manager, IND - Argentina and is based in Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina, operating under a remote work arrangement.\nCandidates must be authorized to work in Argentina without sponsorship.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Commercial Operations team, you'll create impact by improving customer account health and enabling the sales team to focus on growth by ensuring flawless invoicing and commercial support.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nSupport CSSC on invoicing processes including control of amounts, taxes, exchange rates, and advance payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance\nMaintain clear customer accounts by identifying and correcting invoice discrepancies and resolving billing issues directly with customers\nManage changes on customer sales orders and open support tickets to track and resolve customer inquiries efficiently\nSupport the sales team on project profitability analysis and contribute to the development of price lists, new product ranges, and product number creation\nFacilitate new customer account setup by gathering and validating customer requirements\nCollaborate closely with Sales, CSSC, and Credit & Collection teams to reduce outstanding customer debts and improve account status\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you're a detail-oriented commercial professional with strong analytical skills, a solid foundation in business administration or accounting, and a genuine drive to improve customer experience through operational excellence. We'd also imagine that you are/have:\nCurrently studying or holding a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field\nProficiency in English (written and spoken)\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel for financial data management\nExperience with invoicing, order management, or commercial support processes\nIt's a plus if you also:\nFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for sales order and invoicing workflows\nPrevious experience in a customer-facing commercial or sales support role\nKnowledge of international trade invoicing including taxes and exchange rate management\nWhat’s in it for you?\nWhat are your goals?
