You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key part of the Supplier Quality team, you'll create impact by driving continuous improvement across our supplier base to strengthen product reliability and reduce quality risks throughout the supply chain.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nLead supplier quality development activities including audits, assessments, and capability evaluations to ensure compliance with Grundfos standards\nDrive root cause analysis and corrective action processes (8D, CAPA) with suppliers to resolve quality issues effectively and prevent recurrence\nDevelop and implement supplier improvement plans using APQP, PPAP, and other advanced quality tools to elevate supplier performance\nCollaborate cross-functionally with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to integrate quality requirements into supplier selection and development\nCost optimization through identifying improvement opportunities in process or product\nSupport new product introduction by qualifying suppliers and validating component quality through structured approval processes\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you're a quality-driven professional with deep expertise in supplier development, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence and coach suppliers toward sustained performance improvement.
