In this role, you’ll be the technical lead-working independently or with ASP & SP (Authorized Service partners / Service Partners) to resolve customer requests-while also managing and executing projects focused on energy optimization and equipment replacement\nYour main responsibilities\nProvide technology support to customers and colleagues.\nExecute service tasks with end-to-end optimization in mind.\nApproach service agreements as opportunities to build stronger customer relationships.\nPerform risk assessments for every task.\nReport on all matters related to Safety, Health, and Environment.\nDisassemble, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, replace parts, and reassemble pumps, pump systems, and accessories in field service.\nAdvise customers on system shortcomings, prevent potential problems, and propose effective solutions.\nSupport your manager by identifying and resolving service and warranty issues, consulting technical support when needed.\nPrepare clear, complete service reports (warranty claims, working hours, QIP, FAS (Failure Analysis System, etc.) and submit them on time.\nRegister identified product quality issues in the system.\nProvide installation support and carry out commissioning tasks.\nExecute agreed maintenance services and SLAs under service agreements.\nShare relevant feedback with stakeholders (sales, service sales, operations), including identified leads.\nPrepare input for quoting out-of-warranty repairs.\nCollect installed base information for tracking and improvement.\nContinue learning and development to strengthen hands-on service capabilities.\nMaster the use of service tools and equipment.\nLives in Grundfos’s core values, takes responsibility for own actions and takes care of colleagues, partners and customers\nYour background:\nWe imagine that you have:\nBackground in electrical or mechanical engineering (technical education).\nAt least 5 years of industry experience or in a similar environment.\nKnowledge of pump technology is a plus.\nGood English communication skills.\nPMP certification preferred.\nSAP experience preferred.\nAbility to work effectively with processes and projects in a service-focused environment.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nWhether it’s developing leadership skills or advancing your expertise even further, we’ll support you with continuous learning and development opportunities, to enable discuss and steer your long-term Grundfos career path.
