Working closely with Sales, R&D, Product Management, and Application teams, you will turn customer needs into value-creating solutions in a global environment.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs part of the Global Technical Sales team, you will drive customer-centric innovation by translating customer requirements into technical solutions and business opportunities.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nServe as the primary technical interface for strategic HVAC OEM customers, translating customer needs into product and solution requirements.\nOwn the technical responsibility for customer offerings and solution specifications while ensuring alignment between customer expectations and Grundfos capabilities.\nDevelop customer roadmaps and lead technical customer projects from business case definition through execution.\nDrive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, R&D, Product Management, and Application teams to deliver high-quality customer solutions.\nIdentify growth opportunities through customer insights, market trends, and competitor intelligence while supporting commercial activities.\nBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders and travel globally (30+ days per year) to support customers and strategic initiatives.\n\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you are a collaborative technical leader with strong interpersonal skills, a structured mindset, and the ability to navigate complexity while keeping the customer at the centre of every decision.\nWe would also imagine that you have:\nEngineering degree (Master's or Bachelor's) or equivalent technical education.\n5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.\nStrong English communication skills, both verbal and written, in a global environment.\nCommercial acumen and experience working closely with sales teams.\nDemonstrated ability to drive results and influence stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations.\nIt is a plus if you also:\nHave experience within HVAC, pump technology, water solutions, or related industrial sectors.\nHave experience managing key accounts or strategic customer relationships in a global environment.\nHave familiarity with product lifecycle management and customer-driven product development.\nYou'll also be available for travelling approximately 30+ days per year.\nWhy you will love working here\nWe care!
