You'll be part of a diverse, supportive, and inclusive culture that values growth, well-being, and belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a key member of the APU core team, you'll drive SQDCIP performance by promoting quality excellence, systematic problem solving, and continuous improvement while developing the technical capabilities of your team.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nLeading and developing a cross-functional team of Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, and Quality Technicians to ensure stable APU operations.\nCoaching, mentoring, and providing regular feedback on the shop floor while supporting individual development plans.\nDrive relevant problem-solving activities with stakeholders with full responsibility.\nIdentifying production and driving process optimization through Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.\nExecuting and following up on process confirmations, including 5S, Layered Process Audits, safety checks, standard work, and equipment inspections.\nReview and update the department’s action plans, set the daily focus points.\nPromoting visible quality leadership and ensuring adherence to quality standards and process discipline.\nWhat makes you a great fit\nYou're a technically strong people leader with a visible shop floor presence, proven experience in process optimization, and a passion for coaching teams within a manufacturing environment.\nWe also expect you to have:\nA Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.\n3-5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, production engineering, or a similar environment.\nStrong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and management system frameworks.\nExperience in people leadership, competency development, coaching, and performance management.\nFamiliarity with structured problem-solving methods and process confirmation activities such as 5S, LPAs, safety, and standard work audits.\nIt's a plus if you have:\nA Master's degree in a technical field.\nHands-on experience with Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nKnowledge of Grundfos Production System (GPS) principles and roadmaps.\nWe offer:\nFlexible working arrangements, including home office opportunities and parental support.\nAnnual bonuses, health insurance, and a strong focus on employee well-being.\nThree additional paid volunteering days each year.\nOn-demand learning and structured development programs to support your career growth.\nAt Grundfos, we believe our differences make us stronger and help us see opportunities where others don't.
