Your focus will be on stable operations and continuous improvement of our production processes.\nYou’ll join a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture where we celebrate our differences and put people first by fostering growth, well-being and a sense of belonging.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs part of the Operational Technical Support team, you’ll drive measurable improvements in quality and process performance through data-driven initiatives, people development and implementation of GPS principles across the APU.\nThe stainless steel factory is a high-volume manufacturing facility producing approximately 264 million components annually. Its broad production setup includes machines and a cataphoresis surface setup, enabling efficient and flexible production of stainless steel components and rotor solutions.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nCoach and provide feedback on the shop floor, review problem-solving activities and ensure the right methods are applied based on complexity\nExecute regular process confirmations, including 5S, safety, standard work and equipment checks, and follow up on deviations\nLead structured totem meetings across Production, Quality and Maintenance, ensuring clear actions and accountability\nReview and update department action plans, assess whether actions are sufficient and follow up on progress\nPresent KPI status at factory board meetings, including analysis and action plan updates\nConduct 1:1 meetings, support employee well-being and development, and strengthen team competencies through professional sparring\nWhat makes you a great fit\nAbove all, you’re a structured, people-oriented technical leader with strong analytical skills, a passion for process optimization and the ability to engage and develop a team in a production environment.\nWe imagine that you have:\nA technical education such as engineer, production technologist, process technician, marine engineer or similar\n3+ years of experience leading a technical team, preferably within maintenance or manufacturing\nExperience with quality management and process optimization in production\nStrong analytical skills and an understanding of data-driven decision-making\nIt’s a plus if you also have:\nKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies\nExperience with GPS (Grundfos Production System) or similar production systems\nFamiliarity with IMS and QMS compliance frameworks\nWhy you’ll love working here\nDay to day, you can look forward to:\nAnnual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being\nThree additional paid days for volunteering\nOn-demand training and structured development programmes to support your growth\nValuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can’t.
