You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.\nWhat will you be doing?\nAs a key part of the Technical Support team, you'll create impact by Delivering reliable technical expertise that ensures our telemetry and sensor solutions perform at their best, directly supporting Grundfos's mission to advance sustainable water management.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nDiagnosing and resolving technical issues related to telemetry tools, sensor equipment, and associated software platforms\nProviding remote and on-site support to customers and field engineers, ensuring minimal downtime of critical systems\nCollaborating with product development and engineering teams to escalate complex issues and feed back field insights\nCreating and maintaining technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles\nSupporting the installation, commissioning, and configuration of telemetry and sensor solutions\nIdentifying recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance product reliability and customer experience\nWhat makes you a great fit?\nAbove all, you are a hands-on technical problem solver with strong knowledge of telemetry systems, sensor technologies, and a genuine drive to deliver outstanding support experiences. We would also imagine that you have:\n3+ years of experience in a technical support or field engineering role involving telemetry, sensors, or instrumentation\nSolid understanding of communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, Modbus, Cellular IoT) and sensor technologies\nStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across hardware and software systems\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences\nIt is a plus if you also have:\nExperience with water or pump industry applications and SCADA systems\nFamiliarity with IoT platforms and cloud-based monitoring solutions\nHNC/HND or degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related discipline\nWhy you will love working here\nWe care!
