You'll be the business owner for our move to D365 Finance & Operations: defining what the business actually needs, mapping how work flows end to end, testing until it's right, and making sure the new system improves the way people work, not just what software they log into. You'll partner across Finance, Ops, and Data teams, working shoulder to shoulder with our implementation partners to build the operating backbone we need to keep up with our rapid growth.\nThis role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a biannual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL. \nIn this role, you will:\nLead the architecture, design, implementation, and phase 2 rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, aligned to business objectives and industry best practices\nDocument end-to-end processes across procure-to-pay, month-end close, order-to-cash, inventory, logistics, and record-to-report, and flag where we should standardize vs. where we need customization\nDesign comprehensive solution architectures, including system integrations, data management, and application security\nRun business validation and UAT: design cross-functional test scenarios, execute test scripts, engage subject matter experts to validate outcomes, and don't sign off until it works the way the business needs it to\nPartner with the team to build the implementation plan, track milestones, surface risks and dependencies early, and keep cross-functional teams moving\nEvaluate and recommend D365's built-in AI capabilities and other AI tools to improve efficiency and cut redundant work\nWork hand in hand with our implementation partners so what gets built matches what was designed\nDrive change management: build training, get teams confident on the new system, and go find the workarounds before they become SOP\nMake sure ERP-supported processes hold up to internal controls and company policies\nPush for configuration over customization so we don't build a system we can't upgrade\nTake on special projects tied to operational excellence and growth as they come up\nWe're looking for someone who:\nHas 7+ years in finance, accounting, or operations, with a deep understanding of business operations and financial processes\nHas 3+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or equivalent ERP solutions\nHas strong functional and technical knowledge of D365 F&O, with the ability to design solutions across multiple business functions and end-to-end enterprise processes\nHas deep experience across assessment, analysis, business case development, solution envisioning, planning, deployment, and benefits realization\nCan move fluidly between executive-level architecture discussions and hands-on delivery when required\nHas experience in CPG, DTC, or retail operations; supplements or food and beverage is a plus\nHolds Microsoft D365 F&O Financials certifications (preferred)\nHas a bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field\nApproach to the role:\nYou're comfortable with the big picture, but you'd rather be in the test scripts than the steering committee\nYou treat process discipline as a feature, not a bureaucracy, and you can sell that to a team that's used to moving fast\nYou have a bias to ship. Perfect is the enemy of go-live, but you know which corners can't be cut\nYou're fluent in AI tools and use them to speed up documentation, test case generation, and analysis, and you help others do the same\nYou document as you go.
