Обязанности:

- Поддержка и развитие production-инфраструктуры CRM ByHelp.

- Развёртывание и сопровождение серверов, Docker-контейнеров и сервисов.

- Работа с PostgreSQL: резервное копирование, восстановление, миграции, репликация.

- Настройка отказоустойчивости, мониторинга, логирования и аварийного восстановления.

- Работа с облачной инфраструктурой, перенос сервисов между площадками.

- Настройка CI/CD, сетей, DNS, SSL, reverse proxy, SSH.

- Участие в развитии AI-инфраструктуры ByHelp: LLM API, MCP, AI-сервисы и интеграции.

Требования:

- Опыт DevOps от 3 лет.

- Уверенное знание Linux, Docker, PostgreSQL.

- Опыт работы с облачной инфраструктурой.

- Понимание сетей, DNS, HTTPS/SSL, резервного копирования и восстановления.

- Опыт CI/CD и автоматизации инфраструктуры.

- Умение самостоятельно диагностировать и устранять production-инциденты.

- Обязателен практический опыт работы с ИИ/LLM через API: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, YandexGPT или аналогичные сервисы.

- Будет плюсом опыт MCP, Kubernetes, Terraform/Ansible, Telegram-ботов и multi-cloud инфраструктуры.

Условия:

- Работа с развивающимся продуктом ByHelp CRM.

- Полная занятость, удалённый формат.

- Зарплата 150 000 ₽.
