As a well-funded early-stage startup, Gruve offers a dynamic environment with strong customer and partner networks.\nPosition Summary:\nWe are seeking a skilled Junior Network Engineer with good understanding of networks, expertise in routing, switching, LAN/WAN, VLAN, BGP, security, and system performance management, experience of ServiceNow, Salse Force, Jira JSM, Microsoft Platform, Slack, Nagios Monitoring tool etc possessing strong technical support and communication skills. Knowledge of wireless networking, 4G/5G networks will be added advantage.\nKey Roles & Responsibilities:\nEnsure the availability and optimal performance of system and network services.\nDiagnosis and troubleshooting of Wireless network devices like Aps, Switches etc.\nManage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to maintain the highest levels of availability and reliability.\nContinuously analyze platform behavior and provide recommendations for system and infrastructure improvements.\nPossess knowledge and experience in IT Infrastructure Monitoring, Nagios, Servers, UPS, N/W Devices, LAN, and WAN ITSM Tools like Jira, Service Now, Sales Force as added advantage.\nDemonstrate expertise in system configuration and troubleshooting.\nProficient in communication, coordination and ensuring timely resolution/escalation of tickets within the established SLAs\nSkilled in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS management, and troubleshooting associated issues.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date technical documentation.\nCreate and oversee the implementation of new internal and external policies.\nDemonstrate the ability to lead and participate in technical sessions, coordinate multi-organizational projects, and manage technical implementation or troubleshooting discussions effectively.\nPreferred Qualification :\nCertifications: CCNA / CCNP / CCIE (Will be added advantage)\nBasic knowledge of Networking / Servers / LAN / WAN / Wireless Networks\nFreshers / 1-2 years of relevant experience.\nRouting, Switching, Firewall, Networking, Security Monitoring, Internet, etc.\nCommitted to 24×7 rotational shifts including nights and weekends.\nBasic Qualifications:\nEducation: BE/B.Tech, MCA, or a Master's degree.\nExperience: Freshers / 1-2 years of relevant experience.\nSkills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
