Position summary: We are looking for a skilled L2 System Administrator to support Windows Server, VMware virtualization and cloud infrastructure across Azure/AWS environments. The role is responsible for incident resolution, routine administration, patching, monitoring, performance troubleshooting, security remediation and infrastructure lifecycle activities. The administrator will work closely with L1 operations, L3 Senior team and cross-functional teams to maintain infrastructure availability, meet SLAs and ensure consistent 24x7 service delivery.
