As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer at Gruve, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining marketing solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud that align with business needs. You will collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into technical solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce projects, leverage innovative technologies, and contribute to the growth of a rapidly evolving organization.\nWhat You'll Do:\nMarketing System Development: Design, build, and develop marketing systems on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.\nData Design & Processing: Design Data Extensions, integrate customer data, and process data and build segments using SQL.\nMarketing Automation: Implement automation using Journey Builder and Automation Studio, and develop personalized messages.\nChannel Integration: Integrate messaging channels including Email, SMS/MMS, and KakaoTalk.\nSystem Integration: Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.\nTroubleshooting & Maintenance: Analyze and resolve system issues to ensure stable operations.\nCollaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with project teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver features.\nDocumentation: Maintain technical documentation for developed features and integrations.\nBasic Qualifications\nMinimum 3+ years of experience in Salesforce projects.\nHands-on experience implementing or developing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.\nProficiency in SQL and API integration development.\nUnderstanding of or experience in digital marketing.\nStrong ability to analyze client requirements and solve problems.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with AMPscript, SSJS, and HTML/CSS.\nExperience integrating Sales Cloud via Marketing Cloud Connect.\nExperience with Marketing Cloud Next or Data Cloud projects.\nExperience delivering CRM and marketing automation projects.\nCertifications\nSalesforce Marketing Cloud certifications\nSalesforce Certificated Platform Developer I\nWhy Gruve\nAt Gruve, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
