As a Salesforce Program Architect at Gruve, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized Salesforce solutions that align with business needs. You will collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce projects, leverage innovative technologies, and contribute to the growth of a rapidly evolving organization.\nWhat You'll Do:\nTeam Leadership: Lead and mentor project team members assigned to your programs, including task allocation, technical guidance, and input on their growth and performance.\nTechnical Ownership: Set the overall Salesforce architecture and development standards across Apex, LWC, integrations, and declarative automation.\nDelivery Management: Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, managing scope, timelines, resourcing, and technical risk.\nSolution Design: Translate complex business requirements into robust solution designs and guide the team through implementation.\nIntegration Strategy: Define and oversee integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.\nCode Quality & Governance: Establish code review, testing, and release management practices to ensure reliability and maintainability.\nStakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and internal leadership, communicating progress, trade-offs, and recommendations.\nContinuous Improvement: Drive adoption of Salesforce best practices and new platform capabilities across the team\nBasic Qualifications\n15+ years of experience in enterprise software or CRM development, including 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.\n5+ years of experience leading or managing development teams.\nDeep expertise in Apex, LWC, API integration, and Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows and approval processes.\nProven track record of delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations end to end.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in client-facing delivery or consulting environments.\nStrong background in data migration strategy and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.\nFamiliarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\nAutomotive industry project experience is a plus.\nBusiness-level English communication skills.\nCertifications\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II\nSalesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (Technical Architect preferred)\nSalesforce Certified Administrator\nWhy Gruve\nAt Gruve, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
