You will own the end-to-end solution design for Salesforce projects, translate complex business requirements into scalable architecture, and provide technical guidance to Technical Leads and engineers. Working closely with the Program Architect, you will make sure what we design is what we deliver.\nWhat You'll Do:\nSolution Architecture: Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions covering data model, automation, integration, and security for each project.\nRequirements Translation: Lead discovery sessions with clients and business analysts and convert requirements into technical designs.\nIntegration Design: Define integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware.\nTechnical Guidance: Guide and review the work of Technical Leads and engineers, resolving complex design and performance issues.\nDesign Governance: Run design reviews and make sure solutions follow platform best practices, governor limits, and security standards.\nData Strategy: Plan data migration, data quality, and large data volume handling for projects.\nClient Communication: Present solution options, trade-offs, and recommendations to client stakeholders.\nDocumentation: Own solution design documents and architecture decision records.\nBasic Qualifications\n9+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in a solution or technical architect role.\nDeep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce integration patterns.\nExperience designing solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service , Marketing or Experience Cloud.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with middleware such as MuleSoft.\nStrong background in data migration and large data volume design.\nExperience in consulting or client-facing delivery environments.\nDesign and development of large-scale data migration and ETL/ELT data pipelines\nCertifications\nSalesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II\nSalesforce Certified Administrator\nWhy Gruve\nAt Gruve, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
