Capital compounds continuously across trading, investing, and spending, without ever leaving self-custody or going idle.\nWhere traditional exchanges force a tradeoff between yield generation and capital deployment, GRVT eliminates that constraint entirely. Tokenized deposits function simultaneously as margin, yield instruments, and liquidity primitives - compounding across the full lifecycle of capital, from fiat on-ramp to perpetuals trading, institutional vaults, and real-world spending.\nBuilt on a dedicated privacy chain powered by zkSync Prividium, GRVT delivers CEX-grade performance with on-chain settlement - fully self-custodial by design. The company is founded by alumni from Goldman Sachs, Meta, and DBS.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic BD Leadership\nDefine and execute GRVT’s global business development strategy-from partnerships to user acquisition.\n\nLead and scale a high-performing BD team, setting clear goals, OKRs, and performance metrics.\n\nBuild and own the BD operating system (CRM, outreach tracking, KPI dashboards).\n\nKOLs, Community & Growth Programs\nOwn and expand a network of KOLs and influencers in crypto-native communities.\n\nDesign, launch, and optimize KOL incentive programs, referral structures, and ambassador schemes.\n\nManage KOL relationships end-to-end-from recruitment to activation to reporting.\n\nPartnerships & GTM Strategy\nIdentify and close strategic partnerships across exchanges, projects, funds, ecosystem enablers, and fintechs.\n\nCollaborate with marketing, product, and regional teams to align go-to-market and campaign plans.\n\nTrack, forecast, and report the ROI of BD initiatives and partnerships.\n\nEvent & Program Innovation\nDesign and execute creative BD-led campaigns, regional activations, and community events.\n\nLeverage storytelling and conversions to showcase BD impact-turning ideas into scalable, repeatable growth loops.\n\nBring structured experimentation to program design and incentive planning.\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile\n8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales-ideally in crypto or Web3.\n\nExperience at a leading crypto exchange (CEX) or tokenized investment platform is strongly preferred.\n\nProven track record leading BD teams and delivering against KPIs and revenue goals.\n\nDeep KOL network and relationships across Telegram, Twitter, Discord, and regional communities.\n\nExcellent with metrics, forecasts, ROI modeling, and goal tracking.\n\nCreative mindset-able to ideate and execute programs that break through the noise and deliver results.\n\nComfortable owning partnership strategy, events, and regional execution simultaneously.\n\nStrong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.\n\nFluent in crypto culture, community dynamics, and user motivations.\n\nWhy Join GRVT?\nLead BD at one of the fastest-scaling, regulated hybrid exchanges in the world.\n\nBe part of redefining how the world accesses investments-on-chain, peer-powered, and borderless.\n\nBuild from zero-to-one with a team that values speed, clarity, ownership, and ambition.\n\nWork directly with the CEO and executive team to shape the next phase of GRVT’s growth.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3326,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":8,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"China","iso":"CN","kind":"country"},{"name":"Japan","iso":"JP","kind":"country"},{"name":"Malaysia","iso":"MY","kind":"country"},{"name":"South
