Strategy & Insight Generation\nAnalyze company performance and identify growth levers.\n\nConduct deep dives into metrics like P&L, conversion funnels, and user retention\n\nDevelop data-backed forecasts and scenarios (volume, revenue, user growth, liquidity).\n\nTurn findings into strategic recommendations that shape company direction.\n\n3. KPI Setting & ROI Evaluation\nDefine and track KPIs for marketing efficiency, BD ROI, and partner venue performance.\n\nMeasure impact of every campaign, BD partnership, and feature launch - and recommend optimization levers.\n\nBuild ROI models for decision-making on partnerships, vendors, and budgets.\n\n4.
