We need marketing that stands out, communicates our value clearly, and converts attention into product adoption and trading activity.\nAs we expand our global presence, we want to move beyond generic marketing playbooks and create campaigns and content that resonate with our audiences across different markets and channels.\nYou'll play an important role in bringing our marketing strategy to life - from developing campaign ideas and producing engaging content to testing new growth initiatives and improving performance based on results.\nWhat You'll Do\n1. Growth & Campaign Execution\nPlan and execute marketing campaigns to support product launches, feature releases, user acquisition, activation, and retention.\n\nTranslate marketing objectives into actionable campaign ideas, messaging, and channel plans.\n\nCoordinate campaign execution across social media, website, email, community, and other relevant channels.\n\nMonitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, conversion, and overall ROI.\n\n2. Content & Creative Development\nDevelop engaging content ideas and marketing materials that communicate Grvt's products, features, and value proposition.\n\nCreate and adapt content across formats, including social posts, short-form videos, product explainers, promotional creatives, and campaign assets.\n\nWork closely with designers, video editors, and other stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life.\n\nStay on top of Web3 trends, industry narratives, competitor activities, and social culture to identify relevant content opportunities.\n\n3. Video & Social Media Marketing\nDevelop concepts and briefs for short-form videos, product demos, campaign videos, and other visual content.\n\nSupport video production from ideation and scripting through to editing and distribution, with hands-on execution where needed.\n\nIdentify effective content formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches to improve audience engagement and reach.\n\nHelp build a consistent and recognisable presence for Grvt across key social and digital channels.\n\n4. Product Marketing & Cross-Functional Collaboration\nWork with Product Marketing, BD, Design, and Growth teams to translate product updates and business priorities into effective marketing initiatives.\n\nSimplify complex trading and Web3 concepts into clear, compelling messages for different audiences.\n\nSupport go-to-market activities for new products, features, partnerships, and market initiatives.\n\nGather feedback and performance insights to continuously refine campaign messaging and content direction.\n\n5. Performance Tracking & Optimisation\nTrack key marketing metrics, including reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, user acquisition, and campaign ROI.\n\nAnalyse results to understand what works, what doesn't, and how future campaigns can perform better.\n\nExperiment with new content formats, distribution channels, and growth tactics.\n\nShare campaign learnings and contribute to a repeatable, data-informed marketing process.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nMarketing campaigns are delivered effectively and contribute to measurable business objectives.\n\nContent and video initiatives consistently improve audience engagement, brand awareness, and product understanding.\n\nNew creative approaches and growth experiments help Grvt reach and convert relevant audiences.\n\nProduct launches and marketing initiatives are supported by clear, compelling messaging across channels.\n\nMarketing execution becomes faster, more consistent, and increasingly informed by performance data.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in digital marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, campaign management, or a related role.\n\nStrong content instincts and the ability to develop engaging marketing ideas across different formats and channels.\n\nExperience coordinating or executing marketing campaigns from planning through delivery.\n\nFamiliarity with short-form video, social media content, creative production, or video editing workflows.\n\nComfortable using performance data to evaluate campaigns and improve results.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.\n\nAble to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.\n\nAn understanding of Web3, crypto, financial markets, or trading products is a plus.\n\nExperience using AI-powered tools for content development, creative production, or marketing workflows is an
