You’ll replace manual processes with smart automation and get timely, reliable information to the analysts and leaders who depend on it to act. Experience with geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) is a plus, but you don’t need it to succeed in this role.\nWhat You’ll Be Owning:\nYou will build dashboards and visualizations, develop Python-based automation, and apply AI/ML to streamline analytic and data workflows. Working alongside GEOINT analysts and government stakeholders, you will connect data across systems through APIs, track and share metrics, and help modernize how work gets done as mission needs evolve.\nWhat You Must Have:\nActive TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph, and 4+ years of experience as a data scientist or in data automation roles.\nHands-on experience using Python for data analysis and visualization, with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Plotly, Dash, or Bokeh.\nFamiliarity with APIs and experience writing scripts or tools to automate tasks or workflows.\nFoundational understanding of AI/ML concepts, gained through work, education, certifications, or training.\nAbility to explain technical work to non-technical audiences.\nWhat Would Be Nice to Have:\nFamiliarity with SQL, relational databases, or connecting enterprise systems.\nExposure to Esri tools (ArcGIS Pro, ArcSDE) or workflow management systems such as Flowable.\nAwareness of GEOINT workflows or experience supporting NGA or the Intelligence Community.\nCuriosity about emerging AI technologies.\nA background as an intelligence analyst or in government or military service, with an interest in data science or automation.\nPay Range: At GRVTY, we understand that compensation is influenced by many factors-such as geographic location, federal contract labor categories, wage rates, prior experience, skillsets, education, and certifications.\nWe’re proud to offer a work environment that empowers our team to achieve a strong work-life balance.
