Work is performed in a hybrid environment with a great team.\nWhat You'll be Owning\nAssist with the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of web applications.\nJavaScript / CSS / HTML coding and code review.\nWork closely with designers, backend engineers, and data scientists to build holistic user experiences.\nHelp define and interact with REST based API’s.\nTroubleshoot customer reported issues in applications and providing support.\nWrite unit tests and conduct quality assurance testing.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat You Must Have\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance. Not required to start. U.S. Citizenship required.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience with front end software development/engineering with a B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.\n5+ years of experience with JavaScript and one or more web application frameworks (ie: Vue / React / Angular / Backbone) or similar demonstrated competency.\nFamiliarity with Git or other version control software.\nComfortable working on a *nix command line.\nSelf-motivation; Ability to multi-task and prioritize open issues / tickets accordingly.\nProblem solving skills and ability to review information and compile data appropriately as needed.\nMust be able to work in a hybrid environment, spending an average of 2 days per week at a San Antonio office.
