# Program Director, Space Electromagnetic Warfare

What Impact You’ll Have: The Program Director owns end-to-end delivery of complex space electromagnetic warfare (EW) programs, from contract award through development, integration, test, deployment, and sustainment. This leader is accountable for cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction across a multi-disciplinary portfolio. The portfolio consists of large, multi-year programs of record executed under formal acquisition governance. The program team numbers approximately 80-120 full-time staff. The position reports to the Business Unit General Manager and is primarily located in Dulles, VA. It will require roughly 25-35% travel to customer sites, supplier facilities, test ranges, and operational sites. The role is the primary interface to government acquisition customers and the operational user community. It also aligns the supply chain and internal functions (engineering, contracts, finance, quality, security, and mission assurance) behind a single integrated plan, and builds and leads a high-performing program team.
