The Senior Systems Engineer will support the agile integration and testing of a system of systems for the National Customer in the Mission Management domain. The ideal candidate will have experience in Mission Management Ground architecture and full lifecycle Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) of mission software applications, to include analyzing requirements, deriving acceptance criteria, designing end-to-end mission test threads, and user training. This role demands a self-starter who can take loosely defined tasks and deliver high-quality solutions in both independent and collaborative settings.\nWhat You'll be Owning\nAnalyze requirements or solution epics to derive acceptance criteria, tests, and mission threads\nConduct engineering investigations to determine root cause analysis for problems\nIdentify and track dependencies and risks\nBecome an expert in system interfaces and identify key integration points\nLead technical exchange meetings (TEMs) with vendors, customers, and internal team\nAnalyze interfaces and UIs for consistency amongst multiple applications. Draft standards for consistency\nDevelop technical design documentation, test plans, and artifacts to track and support successful integration of multiple systems\nDevelop or guide the creation of user training artifacts, such as user guides and videos\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-up, planning, iteration review, and retrospective to contribute to team goals and objectives\nCollaborate with teammates, customers, and peers from other companies. Operate in a culture of team before self and collaboratively share information\nIdentify opportunities for improvement and new or updated processes to enhance the efficacy of the team\nWhat You Must Have\nActive or current Top-Secret clearance with SCI access (TS/SCI) with ability to obtain CI Polygraph\nBachelors degree\n10+ years of relevant experience\nExpertise in SIGINT Mission Management domain or Mission Processing \nExperience in full lifecycle Systems Engineering and Integration and end-to-end multi-segment testing\nUnderstanding of federal government operational environments\nStrong communication skills with teammates, customers, and peers from other companies.
