You will be responsible for Linux Systems Administration while supporting IC missions that are vital to our national security.\nWhat You'll be Owning\nPerform Linux system administration functions.\nStand up, configure, and maintain Linux servers.\nMonitoring and patching/upgrades to standard networking resources (routers, switches, firewalls).\nMonitoring and patching/upgrades to servers and VM hardware.\nAssist and incorporate security compliance controls as applicable.\nSupport documentation of non-applicable controls.\nAssist with installation of new or replacement hardware or software.\nConfigure and integrate hardware or software with existing networked infrastructure.\nAssist with decommission and/or removal of obsolete, excess, or replaced hardware.\nDocument inventory changes.\nWhat You Must Have:\nTS/SCI with polygraph (polygraph must be within last 6 years)\n10 years of systems administration experience OR technical bachelor's degree + 5 years of systems administration experience\nProficient with Linux. \nMinimum of 3 years Linux system administration experience (within the last 3 years).\nExperience with patching and upgrading Linux servers and networking resources.\nVM experience\nSecurity + cert\nWhat Would be Nice to Have\nDell and HPE Linux servers\nJuniper and Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls\nPalo Alto firewalls\nAnsible\nNutanix - VM management\nRubrik - data storage\nNomad containers\nSALT scripts\nLibreNMS\nNetBox\nPay Range: At GRVTY, we understand that compensation is influenced by many factors-such as geographic location, federal contract labor categories, wage rates, prior experience, skillsets, education, and certifications.
