Notify Assembly Lead or area supervisor of any problems relating to safety, quality or production.\nMust make safety a priority, deliver safety messages assist employees with safety related issues and concerns. \nPerform assembly procedures assigned by the Assembly Lead\nAbility to read manufacturing drawings and work instructions\nUtilize arbor press, insert installation tools, torque wrenches, precision measuring equipment, riveters, manual vertical mill, various hand tools, sealants, paint, and oils to complete assemblies\nKeeps product flowing by meeting production efficiency standards\nObserve all company policies, rules and regulations including good housekeeping, safety and security.\nRecommends measures to improve efficiency and production. \nInspects products to verify conformance to customer and company specifications\nAssists fellow assembly workers in solving work problems.\nTrains employees on the proper operation of various equipment, work procedures and documentation necessary to produce products of consistent quality. \nPerform other duties as required, assigned or directed.\nJob Specifications:\nAssembly or line production experience preferred.\nStrong communication skills.\nAbility to solve practical problems.\nBasic hand tool knowledge required\nWe are looking for people who are highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
