Reports any problems, difficulties immediately to lead/supervisor.\nMaintains area, equipment and tools in neat, orderly condition. Performs basic machine maintenance such as removing chips, adding coolant, etc.\nMaintains records or other data as required\nAssists in training other operators.\nAbility to operate support equipment as necessary for department.\nResponsible for production quantity, quality and good machining practices.\nObserves all company policies, rules and regulations including attendance, adhering to specified break schedule, good housekeeping, safety and security.\nAbility to operate multiple machines simultaneously.\nPerforms other duties as required, assigned or directed.\nRequirements\nJob Specifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED and 2-4 years’ experience.\nAbility to use all required measurement and inspection equipment.\nAbility to make major adjustments/offsets including positional moves.\nAbility to change and re-sharpen tools as necessary.\nAbility to assemble and disassemble production tooling and machinery.\nStrong communication skills.\nBasic understanding of company-wide manufacturing processes.\nAbility to work cooperatively with others and share necessary information.\nWe are looking for people who are highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
