This position can be based out of our Keene, NH plant or our Brattleboro, VT plant.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nProvide manufacturing processes via CNC programs and/or detailed setup information\nOptimize processes for throughput, cost, process control, scrap percentage, and ease of setup\nCollaborate with toolmakers to create custom work holding and cutting tool solutions\nCollaborate with Process Engineers on manufacturing methods and in-process requirements\nMaintain process documentation to internal and industry standards\nAssist Operations team with technical support and troubleshooting\nPerform machine setups for particularly difficult or unproven processes\nObserve all company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety, and security.\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\nTime management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities\nExcellent understanding of GD&T\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to prioritize tasks and work with minimal oversight\nAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment\nProficient with Cad/Cam and other software specific to manufacturing\nProficient with G-Code and CNC machine controls\nHigh level of understanding of machining processes\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\nAt least three years related manufacturing experience required.\nMastercam and Solidworks experience prefered \nWe are looking for people who are highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
