Schedule adherence to completion dates\n5. Ensuring completion of Operator level maintenance\n6. Proficiency in all GSP SOP’s\n7. Discipline of scans and vouchering (scans & time cards)\n8. All people reviews on-time with feedback, career development, and performance improvement when necessary\n9. Accountable with corrective measures in a timely manner. Know when to escalate concerns.\n10. Productivity and continuous improvement\n11. Minimum of 2 Continuous Improvements events per supervisor per quarter\n Job Specifications:\nHigh School Diploma and proven experience (typically 3+ years) in aerospace manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.\nStrong commitment to safety and the ability to foster a safety-first culture.\nExceptional leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and guide teams to prioritize safety in all aspects of operations.\nDeep understanding of manufacturing processes, production scheduling and operations, industry safety standards, and quality control methodologies.\nProficiency in risk assessments, hazard identification, and lean and continuous improvement initiatives.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.\nAttention to detail, problem solving, and analytical skills.\nProficiency with computer skills, MS Office, Manufacturing software, etc.\nWe are looking for people who are highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
