You will design and deliver biosampling and sample logistics plans that protect sample quality and patient safety. You will work closely with study teams, sites, laboratories and vendors to solve problems and keep studies on track. We value clear communicators who are organized, collaborative and practical. These responsibilities include some of the following:\nLead design and delivery of biosampling plans, sample handling procedures and logistics for clinical studies.\nCoordinate with study teams, clinical sites, central and local laboratories, and logistics partners to ensure consistent sample handling.\nMaintain chain of custody, correct storage conditions and temperature control for all samples.\nMonitor timelines and quality metrics, identify risks to sample integrity, and drive corrective actions.\nPrepare and maintain study-specific biosampling documents, including procedures, work instructions and sample tracking guides.\nProvide training and support to site staff and study teams on biosampling procedures and quality expectations.\nWhy You?\nBasic Qualifications\nWe are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals\nBachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, biomedical sciences or related field.\nGood Practical experience in biosampling, sample management, clinical operations or laboratory support.\nHands-on knowledge of sample collection, processing, storage and shipment, including cold chain fundamentals.\nWorking knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and regulatory requirements for clinical samples.\nStrong organizational skills with experience coordinating multiple tasks and timelines.\nProficient in written and spoken English; able to communicate clearly with global and local partners.\nPreferred Qualification\nIf you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus\nExperience working with central laboratories or bioanalytical vendors on global clinical studies.\nFamiliarity with sample tracking systems or laboratory information management systems (LIMS).\nExperience with temperature-controlled logistics and use of data loggers for shipments.\nExperience performing sample quality checks, troubleshooting integrity issues and conducting root cause analysis.\nProject management training or certification.\nAdvanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline.\nWorking Model\nThis role is hybrid.
