Joining us means you can grow your career while contributing to our mission of uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.\nResponsibilities\nManage and deliver compliance programmes that meet business needs and regulatory requirements.\nMaintain programme delivery plans, milestones, actions and dependencies, ensuring clear ownership and visibility of progress across key Compliance priorities.\nCoordinate the operational delivery of global compliance learning programmes, working across internal teams and external partners to support content development, localisation, deployment and continuous improvement.\nCoordinate operational delivery across the Written Standards programme, supporting the effective management, governance and continuous improvement of policies, standards and associated processes.\nCollaborate across functions, building effective relationships and driving delivery through influence in a complex global matrix.\nMaintain effective programme governance, monitoring progress, risks, issues, actions and decisions and escalating material concerns where appropriate.\nPrepare clear reports and management information for senior stakeholders, using data, KPIs and feedback to demonstrate progress, measure effectiveness and inform decision-making.\nCoordinate and maintain appropriate evidence to support relevant business controls and governance requirements.\nWhy You?\nBasic Qualification \n We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: \n- Experience in managing compliance projects or programmes in a regulated environment \n- Strong organisational skills with the ability to track multiple tasks and deadlines \n- Excellent communication skills, able to engage with diverse teams and senior leaders clearly \n- Proactive problem solver who can identify risks and propose solutions \n- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment \n- Proficient in using digital tools to manage projects and share information \nPreferred Qualification\nIf you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: \n- Knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry compliance frameworks \n- Experience delivering training or awareness programmes related to compliance \n- Background in risk management or audit functions \n- Familiarity with legal or regulatory requirements relevant to business compliance \n- Certification in project management or compliance disciplines \n- Comfort working in a hybrid role, combining on-site presence in the United Kingdom with remote collaboration \nWe encourage you to apply if you want to develop your skills in a supportive environment and contribute to work that truly matters.
