Collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, team-based environment while maintaining strong independent work habits. Support the installation, qualification, and validation of manufacturing and packaging equipment. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime. \nMaintain accurate and audit-ready documentation to ensure data integrity and compliance. Assist in process improvements to increase equipment reliability and efficiency. Equipment operation and troubleshooting techniques. Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to complete projects safely and on schedule. \nProvide technical drafting support to Project Engineers for the design, layout, and modification of process and utility systems.\nRetrieve and distribute drawings, project documentation, and equipment information to Maintenance and Engineering personnel as needed. Support the Project Management team with administrative and technical tasks related to engineering projects.\nParticipate in required training programs to maintain technical proficiency and regulatory compliance. Collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, team-based environment while maintaining strong independent work habits. \nProvide technical drafting support to Project Engineers for the design, layout, and modification of process and utility systems.\nPrepare, revise, and maintain engineering drawings, including but not limited to:Site plans\nPiping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)\nEquipment and facility layouts\nHVAC system drawings\nPlant utility systems\nStandard Operating Procedure (SOP) exhibits\n\nRetrieve and distribute drawings, project documentation, and equipment information to Maintenance and Engineering personnel as needed. Support the Project Management team with administrative and technical tasks related to engineering projects.\nManage documentation control and archival processes within the Smart Plant Foundation (SPF) system, ensuring:Accurate version control\nFull document traceability\nCompliance with company standards and project requirements\n\nQualifications:\nAssociate's degree in engineering technology, drafting, or a related discipline. Minimum of 2+ years of relevant drafting/design experience. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience supporting manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment. \nProficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience). Solid understanding of engineering drawing standards, practices, and procedures.\nExperience supporting plant or facility engineering and capital project environments. Familiarity with document management systems (experience with Smart Plant Foundation preferred). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly in document control. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team culture. \nStrong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with equipment qualification and validation processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
