The Evidence Generation\nStrategy & Operations Lead is responsible to provide DGP process coordination and study/ project management,\nstatistic & data management expertise for studies in Japan CPO to ensure the delivery of evidence generation to\nsupport launch readiness, pricing, reimbursement and life cycle management. The role will also partner closely with\nthe Japan Head of RWE-HO to ensure timely planning and tracking for enterprise strategic and capability building\ninitiatives, ensuring excellence of teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nReporting directly to the Japan Head of Real-World Evidence & Health Outcomes, the role will:\nShape evidence-generation strategy across therapeutic areas and drive cross-portfolio operational synergies.\nActs as leader to enterprise evidence strategy and operations, covering aspects of evidence synthesis,\nanalytics and study operations to provide coaching and implement internal standards and processes.\nResponsible for the timing and quality delivery of the study/ projects and organize the regular study\nmonitor meeting for dashboard management.\nEnsures study quality standards, i.e. no significant compliance (GCP, SOP or applicable regulations)\nissue throughout study planning and execution.\nRedefine processes and ways of working to enable more efficient and effective planning and execution\nof data-generation programs, standardizing workflows, reducing duplication and accelerating delivery\nacross the portfolio.\nResponsible for the quality of outsource service through vendor management.\nMaintains effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.\nProactively identify and drive cross-TA and cross-portfolio synergies (e.g., data reuse, harmonized study\ndesigns, shared analytics) to increase efficiency, reduce duplication and accelerate timelines.\nRepresents Japan RWE-HO in cross-regional forums on evidence strategy, ensuring alignment with\nglobal RWE-HO initiatives and facilitating two-way knowledge transfer.\nPartners closely with Global RWE-HO to prepare QBRs and townhalls, and to promote best-practice\nsharing in Japan and across other regions.\nExperience and Qualifications\nAdvanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, Life Sciences)\npreferred.\nSignificant experience in real-world evidence, clinical or observational study design, statistical or data\nmanagement, and study delivery.\nDemonstrated people management and cross-functional leadership skills.\nExperience with vendor management and quality/compliance oversight in regulated environments.\nStrong communication, project management and problem-solving skills.\nConsulting/ CRO managerial experience welcomed.\n※職務内容および勤務地の変更範囲は会社の定めるところとする。\nWhy GSK?\nUniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.\nGSK is a global biopharma company with a purpose to unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.
