These responsibilities include some of the following:\nDesign and oversee interventional clinical studies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and evidence plans.\nFacilitate medical governance, review safety data and guide risk mitigation actions.\nProvide scientific oversight for study protocols, analysis plans, and interpretation of study data.\nEnsure patient safety and scientific integrity throughout study conduct, including medical governance and monitoring.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of clinical programs.\nPrepare and present study results for scientific meetings, publications, and regulatory submissions.\nEngage with internal and external stakeholders, including investigators and thought leaders, to enhance study design and execution.\nBasic Qualifications & Skills\nWe are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:\nAdvanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent).\nSubstantial experience leading interventional clinical studies in a therapeutic area such as oncology/haematology/ Immunology, Specialty, and other GSK-related therapeutic areas of interest.\nConsiderable experience in clinical research, including interventional studies.\nProven experience designing and executing clinical trials with demonstrated impact.\nStrong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices for clinical research.\nExcellent communication and organizational skills.\nPreferred Qualifications & Skills\nExperience leading global Phase IIIb/IV interventional studies\nExperience collaborating with regulatory authorities.\nFamiliarity with innovative approaches in clinical trial design and execution.\nExposure to working with key opinion leaders, investigators, and external partners.\nExperience developing scientific content for publications and regulatory submissions.\nUnderstanding of digital tools and methodologies for evidence generation.\nExperience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.\nWhy You?\nWe are seeking candidates who want to grow into a visible scientific leader. The US salary ranges take into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role.
