You will work closely with local and global teams, supporting financial controls, reporting, audit and fiscal requirements, and master data processes.\nWe are looking for someone with strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and an interest in developing within Finance and Controlling.\nResponsibilities\nThis role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:\nManage inventory accounting and control activities, including balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close activities, journal entries, and manual adjustments.\nSupport Finance Controlling activities, including Annual Transfer Price Review, distribution cycles, and leases inclusions/exclusions.\nSupport audit and fiscal requests, ensuring timely and accurate financial information.\nManage Cost Center and WBS creation and change requests, including troubleshooting when applicable in coordination with Master Data Management (MDM).\nPerform and support SOX controls, ensuring compliance with applicable financial control requirements.\nCollaborate with cross-functional and global teams to drive process improvements, automation, data quality, and operational efficiency.\nWhy You?\nBasic QualificationsWe are seeking professionals with the following skills and qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.\nStrong accounting fundamentals and understanding of financial processes. Candidates who have solid accounting knowledge but do not meet every listed requirement are encouraged to apply.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in inventory, accounting, finance, controlling, or related functions.\nProficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience using SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.\nPreferred Qualifications\nIf you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:\nExperience in Finance Controlling, inventory accounting, financial reporting, or audit processes.\nKnowledge or experience with SOX controls, transfer pricing, Cost Centers, WBS, or Master Data Management processes.\nExperience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.\nPrevious involvement in automation or finance process optimization initiatives.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.\nPrevious experience in a multinational or shared service environment.\nLocation and Working Pattern\nThis role is based in Costa Rica.
