This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity to develop a career in procurement within a multinational environment. The successful candidate will assist with supplier coordination, purchase order management, procurement documentation, reporting, and operational support while gaining exposure to procurement processes, systems, and stakeholder management.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the creation and processing of purchase requisitions and purchase orders in line with company policies.\nAssist in maintaining procurement records, supplier information, and contract documentation.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders to collect purchasing requirements and supporting documents.\nTrack purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.\nSupport supplier onboarding activities, including vendor creation and documentation collection.\nAssist with obtaining quotations from suppliers and maintaining pricing records.\nMonitor procurement requests and provide status updates to stakeholders.\nSupport invoice matching and coordinate with Finance to resolve basic procurement-related queries.\nPrepare procurement reports, spend trackers, and procurement data updates.\nEnsure procurement files and records are organized, accurate, and up to date.\nAssist the procurement team with tender, sourcing, and supplier management activities as required.\nSupport compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.\nBasic Qualifications\nUAE National with Family Book.\nUndergraduate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.\nStrong organizational and administrative skills.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\nEagerness to learn and develop within a procurement function.\nPreferred Qualifications\nInternship or academic exposure to Procurement, Supply Chain, or Administration.\nBasic understanding of procurement and purchasing processes.\nFamiliarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nProactive attitude with a customer-service mindset.\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\nAdditional Information\nThis role is based on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirate s.\nSkills\nBusiness Application Support, Customer Service, Data Management, Digital Fluency, Office ManagementWhy GSK?\nUniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.\nGSK is a global biopharma company with a purpose to unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.
