This position offers you the chance to develop your skills, contribute meaningfully, and grow your career while advancing GSK’s mission of uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples using approved methods and laboratory instruments.\nRecord, review, and report test data clearly and accurately using laboratory records and information systems.\nSupport investigations into unexpected or out-of-specification results and assist in implementing corrective actions.\nMaintain the inventory of reagents, reference standards, and laboratory supplies; perform routine equipment checks and basic calibrations.\nParticipate in method transfer, validation activities, and training of laboratory colleagues when needed.\nFollow good manufacturing and laboratory practices, health and safety guidelines, and actively contribute to workplace inclusion and environmental health and safety activities.\nEducation, Experience & Skills\nBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmacy or a related science discipline.\nMinimum 1 to 1,5 years of laboratory experience in quality control, analytical testing, or a similar regulated environment.\nPractical hands-on experience with laboratory techniques and instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-visible spectrophotometry or equivalent.\nBasic computer skills including MS Office and willingness to learn laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and SAP.\nClear written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.\nUnderstanding of good laboratory and good manufacturing practices and commitment to following procedures.\nSkills\nData Integrity, Detail-Oriented, Digital Fluency, GxP Regulations, Lean Management, Problem Solving, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Risk Awareness, Testing OperationsWhy GSK?\nUniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.\nGSK is a global biopharma company with a purpose to unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.
