This role supports material master data, production master data, production artwork management, and production line system data to ensure manufacturing and packaging operations can execute effectively. You will partner with local and global stakeholders across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial, Technical Lifecycle Management (TLCM), and New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to support new material introductions, component changes, product launches, technology transfers, and lifecycle management initiatives. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail and deadlines, effective project coordination, ownership of data quality, and the ability to manage change in a regulated manufacturing environment. These responsibilities include some of the following:\nCreate and maintain material, production, and packaging master data within SAP and related manufacturing systems to support manufacturing, packaging, and distribution activities.\n\nCoordinate new material introductions, product transfers, component changes, and lifecycle management activities with local and global stakeholders.\n\nSupport New Product Introductions (NPI), process optimization projects, regulatory labeling changes, and site performance improvement initiatives.\n\nCreate, review, and maintain packaging artwork and printed component data using artwork management systems, including project plans, impact assessments, artwork approvals, drawings, technical specifications, and supplier assignments for accuracy.\n\nPartner with Technical Lifecycle Management (TLCM), Tech Transfer, Operations, Quality, Commercial, and Global Supply Chain teams to define and execute change-control strategies for material introductions and product changes.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with Operations, QA, QC, Warehouse, Commercial teams, and global stakeholders to support successful project execution.\n\nSupport regulatory-driven changes and ensure alignment with regulatory filings, labeling updates, and market requirements.\n\nInvestigate and resolve master data, artwork, and system issues affecting manufacturing, packaging, or supply continuity.\n\nParticipate in change controls, deviations, CAPAs, audits, and continuous improvement activities as required.\n\nAuthor, review, maintain, and improve SOPs, local procedures, and work instructions related to master data management, packaging artwork management, and manufacturing systems.\n\nPerform all activities in accordance with GMP requirements, company policies, EHS standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.\n\nWhy You?\nBasic Qualification\nWe are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, life sciences, or equivalent experience may be considered.\n\n2+ years of experience in master data, supply chain, or manufacturing support in a regulated environment.\n\nPractical experience with ERP systems for material and production master data preferably SAP.\n\nPreferred Qualification\nIf you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:\nMaster's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or life sciences\n\nExperience with artwork management systems or similar packaging lifecycle platforms.\n\nExperience with packaging line systems (Seavision preferred) or comparable manufacturing execution and packaging line applications.\n\nKnowledge of GMP requirements, regulatory compliance, CAPAs, deviations, and change control processes.\n\nProject management experience, including development of project plans, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.\n\nExperience working in a matrix environment with global and local stakeholders.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.\n\nDemonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.\n\nUnderstanding of data governance, change control, and document management processes.\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate technical records and system data.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while meeting project timelines and business requirements.\n\nAbility to work in a hybrid model, combining on-site presence with remote work as needed.\n\nClear written and verbal communication skills to work across teams.\n\nWhat we value in you\nYou collaborate respectfully and communicate clearly across teams and functions.
