GMP manufacturing systems.\nThe role of MSAT in supporting the pharmaceutical product lifecycle.\nHow products and processes are transferred from development into commercial manufacturing.\nProcess validation, cleaning validation and manufacturing process monitoring.\nPharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and process technologies.\nInvestigation, root-cause analysis and technical problem-solving approaches.\nApplication of process data and trend analysis in manufacturing.\nTechnical documentation and working within a regulated environment.\nCross-functional collaboration between MSAT, Production, Quality and Engineering.\nProject management, stakeholder communication and presentation of technical work.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport technology transfer and new product introduction activities, including preparation and review of technical information and transfer deliverables.\nSupport process and cleaning validation or qualification activities, including preparation, execution support, data collection and documentation.\nParticipate in manufacturing and shop-floor technical support to build practical understanding of GMP manufacturing processes, equipment and operational challenges.\nSupport technical investigations and troubleshooting by collecting information, analysing process data and contributing to structured problem solving and root-cause analysis.\nCollect, organise and analyse manufacturing and process data to identify trends, variability and opportunities for improvement.\nSupport process performance monitoring and continuous improvement activities aimed at improving process robustness, reliability, safety, quality and efficiency.\nPrepare and contribute to technical documents, including protocols, reports, risk assessments, process assessments and technical presentations.\nParticipate in technical risk assessments and change assessments associated with processes, equipment or manufacturing improvements.\nWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, Engineering and other technical functions.\nTake ownership of an agreed technical or continuous-improvement project, applying scientific or engineering knowledge to a manufacturing challenge and presenting the outcome to stakeholders.\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biological or Biochemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biotechnology or Life Sciences, Chemistry or Pharmacy or a relevant scientific or technical discipline\nStrong interest in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.\nSound scientific and engineering fundamentals.\nCuriosity, initiative and willingness to learn.\nAnalytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work with and interpret technical data.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nAttention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to collaborate
