1 year Fixed-Term contract We are looking for a P2P Process Expert to support P2P Operations from the European Finance Hub in Poznan. This role will require knowledge and understanding of E2E process as well as significant hands on experience in operational Accounts Payable related activities. In this role you will… Providing compliance oversight for Accounts Payable activities at GSK Operations Centres. Ensuring transaction processing meets required quality standards first time. Overseeing key vendors to monitor P2P performance and manage escalations quickly. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for GSK Operations Centre and other teams. Handling queries from internal and external stakeholders via a case management tool. Supporting local business entities and vendors with ad hoc issues and urgent requests. Raising, routing and managing invoice exceptions with shoppers and approvers. Monitoring payables and performing vendor account reconciliations. Maintaining process documentation, delivering trainings, and recommending process improvements. Processing invoices, preparing ad hoc reports/analyses, supporting audit requests, and ensuring effective communication between teams. Why you?
