Asegurar una gestión integral de las iniciativas, desde su estructuración y alineación hasta su implementación, seguimiento y medición de resultados, articulando a los equipos y áreas involucradas. Apoyar al Commercial Operations & Strategy Head en la definición, despliegue y seguimiento de la estrategia de Commercial Operations, facilitando la toma de decisiones y el cumplimiento de las prioridades del negocio.\nResponsabilidades\nActuar como aliado estratégico de las unidades de negocio, comprendiendo las prioridades de las marcas y traduciéndolas en proyectos e iniciativas alineados con la estrategia y los objetivos de la compañía.\nEstructurar, liderar y facilitar la ejecución de proyectos estratégicos de las marcas, definiendo alcance, objetivos, gobernanza, planes de trabajo, indicadores, riesgos y mecanismos de seguimiento.\nArticular a las unidades de negocio, Commercial Operations y demás áreas involucradas para asegurar alineación, toma oportuna de decisiones y cumplimiento de los hitos y resultados esperados.\nApoyar al Commercial Operations & Strategy Head en la definición, despliegue y seguimiento de la estrategia del área, preparando análisis, recomendaciones, materiales ejecutivos y mecanismos de gobernanza para facilitar la toma de decisiones.\nMonitorear el portafolio de iniciativas estratégicas, identificando dependencias, riesgos, oportunidades y desviaciones, y promoviendo acciones correctivas que aseguren la entrega de valor al negocio.\nGenerar análisis e insights que fortalezcan la priorización estratégica, simplifiquen procesos y habiliten soluciones de alto impacto para las marcas, las unidades de negocio y Commercial Operations.\nRequisitos Mandatorios\nCinco o más años de experiencia en áreas comerciales corporativas, idealmente en el sector farmacéutico.\nExperiencia comprobada en gestión de proyectos y diseño de procesos.\nDemostrar capacidad para organizar y dar estructura a proyectos altamente complejos.
