These responsibilities include some of the following:\nOwn and continuously refine the product vision and roadmap for performance and operational intelligence tools across Development Operations and DevCMO, balancing short- and long-term goals.\nTranslate business and operational priorities into a clear, prioritized backlog with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria. \nLead agile delivery teams involving engineering, design, and data to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable outcomes. \nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across Development Operations, DevCMO, Technology, and senior leadership, aligning priorities around a shared product direction. \nDeliver intuitive dashboards and tools that provide actionable insights, enhance operational predictability, and support better decision-making. Use data, user feedback, and analytics to continuously improve products and validate their impact, embedding robust governance, quality, and compliance in line with regulated environments.\nWhy You?\nWork arrangement: This role offers a hybrid working model, combining on-site collaboration at our United Kingdom offices with flexible remote working.\nBasic Qualification: We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant discipline such as engineering, computer science, life sciences, or product management. \nSignificant experience in product ownership or product management, with proven ability to manage a product lifecycle from concept to adoption. \nDemonstrated leadership of agile delivery teams, acting as the voice of the customer and managing prioritized backlogs. \nExperience with data, analytics, or reporting solutions and translating these into clear product decisions. \nExperience delivering products in regulated environments with understanding of quality, validation, and compliance requirements. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among senior, cross-functional teams.\nPreferred Qualification: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:\nExperience in pharmaceutical R&D, development operations, clinical operations, or manufacturing engineering domains. \nHands-on experience with business intelligence tools or analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent. \nFamiliarity with AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics applied to operational decision-making. \nExperience scaling digital products within complex, matrixed organizations. \nKnowledge of integrations, APIs, and cloud technologies relevant to digital product delivery.
