Data-Driven Improvement & Reporting

  • Report on change quality and performance, including change-related incident data to govern to outcome and inform improvement.
  • Identify systemic weaknesses in change practice and feed them into improvement initiatives.
  • Provide data on change performance to product and service owners across Tech and to management forums, showing what is needed and why, and escalating where appropriate.

Responsible AI, Automation & Guardrails

  • Play an active part in modernising the change management process and tooling, in line with GSK's AI and automation ambition, partnering with appropriate stakeholders such as the ITSM process owner and the Automation Acceleration Hub to progress standardised and automated change approval.
